Stephen Judge
President
As a veteran executive search consultant, Stephen has spent 30 years leading client relationships throughout North America. He has represented hundreds of corporations of all sizes. His clients include private, PE-owned and publicly traded businesses. Stephen has conducted searches for talent at the mid, senior and executive leadership levels.
Stephen has become a trusted adviser, retained repeatedly based on his ability to understand a company’s culture and the impact of the specific hire on the business. He has demonstrated the ability to generate results ahead of expectations and ultimately to represent his client’s employment brand as a true extension of the company.
In addition to his hands-on approach with corporate clients, he is responsible for leading the Management Search Corporate team. He has spearheaded initiatives ranging from our unique achievement of ISO certification, training programs for consultants and staff, and an ongoing focus on more efficient use of technology. Best business practices resulting in more successful long-term client relationships is Stephen’s focus.

With 30 years of experience as an executive search consultant, Carol’s expertise lies in building exceptional relationships. Client companies know they can count on her with high stake talent acquisition projects that have a direct impact on their business, and as such, Carol maintains client relationships for the long-term. Career minded candidates trust that Carol will assist them with integrity, respect, and professionalism.
During her career, Carol has represented corporations of all sizes: privately held, PE-owned, and publicly traded. She had a strong client base in healthcare and financial services, but is experienced in a wide array of industries including manufacturing, non-profit and retail. Carol considers herself is generalist, conducting searches for talent to fill a variety of positions at the director level and above.
As an owner and partner, Carol is hands-on, working on the entire search process with her client, bringing in the high-level attention of a boutique search firm as well as the enthusiasm and passion of a dedicated practitioner. Carol knows that she will be the first representation of a client’s employment brand when presenting an opportunity to an individual, as a result, she digs deep to understand the company and its culture ensuring the match is on target. A trusted Talent Acquisition Lead and Advisor, with 30 years of experience, Pam joined Management Search in 2010 to establish and co-lead the professional search practice for the Boston office. Pam is a high-energy, results-oriented recruiting professional who partners with business leaders to understand their talent needs while leading and delivering strategic and tactical initiatives around effective candidate delivery to the business, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience. A large part of her expertise comes from previously serving as a Senior Vice President for a boutique staffing firm.
Pam caters to a broad spectrum of industries including financial, manufacturing, private equity, information technology, biotech, legal and the medical fields. By building relationships with her clients to better understand their needs, workplace environment and corporate vision, she is able to provide the most tailored applicants for seamless integration and efficiency. She has a track record of helping organizations transform and align their talent strategies for growth. Her knowledge and understanding of what clients and candidates truly want has enabled her to gain the respect of her clients, candidates and colleagues across the country.
Corinne Robinson
Vice President
A career Human Resources and Executive Search professional, Corinne’s background includes a keen understanding of driving talent acquisition within public and private corporations, and as an external consultant leading the talent acquisition process in support of her clients’ mission. With over 20 years of experience, Corinne is a results-oriented search practitioner, applying unwavering integrity, a dedication to excellence and a commitment to exceeding client expectations to ensure success. Prior to joining Management Search, Corinne served as a Vice President for a Boston-based boutique consulting firm and as a Human Resources Director and Controller for a global private equity organization. She holds an MBA from Babson College and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Bentley University.
Her diverse experience, having worked in manufacturing, private equity, finance, information technology, life sciences, and healthcare organizations, gives Corinne the knowledge to cater to a broad spectrum of industries and quickly understand her clients’ talent needs and their unique cultures and workplace environments.
